Do they frequently interrupt during conversation, or listen attentively instead? . You ll then obtain an analysis of this person with useful advice. What s the best way to deal with them? Where to begin? What should please them, and what will irritate them. How quickly to talk. If it s better to get right down to business, or start with some small-talk first. In addition to all this, the DISCover application compares your behaviour with that of the person you re dealing with.
